You get within shortest times ( e-mail or letter if you wrote ) one or several estimates, including :
prices suggestions, from basic prices indicated on the website
the fulfilling details
the projected dispatching date
when you have to pay the balance
TO ORDER :
Deposits and payments by cheque only.
Forward by simple letter, the estimate's removable leaflet, including a 50% DEPOSIT on indicated basic price.
You are warned by e-mail of your deposit reception also projected dispatching date.
FOR ALL WORKS : CHASED COPPER, books'COVERS & ALBUMS :
CARDS etc..
- you may receive free scanned images of the work in progress, before dispatching.
This is a fulfilling warranty after sending a deposit.
WORKS from photos of monuments, pictures, old texts :
Send your documents when taking contact ( photos or copies ).
It will be returned with the dispatching.
No online payment
My activity suggesting customized creations, works are not immediately available at any moment
except the mention "AVAILABILITIES" on some website pages.
Foreign languages
This is an original service of nouvellechevalerie.com.
It is possible to get the texts of the wished realizations, in calligraphy, in ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN, SPANISH, ITALIAN etc..all languages, except special alphabets ( as russian, greek, japanese ..), by sending me a readable copy of the text,
in this language,
without additional cost.
Payment
Fulfilling and dispatching orders are subjected to a 50% deposit.
The balance is to be paid 5 days before the projected dispatching date, specified on the estimate.
The customer agrees that in case of no payment reception, dispatching is not done.
PAYMENT TIME LIMIT :
These terms give you a 15 days to 5 weeks payment time limit,
according to the kind of works to fulfil.

Firm orders involve a 5% price cutting, from your 2d order.
From 4 orders in the year, 10% price cutting over your 5th order, or New Year'Day orders or cards
(See page "End of the Year")
As a customer, you are informed (by e-mail or letter) about new creations.
Deposit
To confirm any order, please forward a 50% deposit.
Thank you.
Your deposit is cashable only 12 DAYS after receipt.
If you wish to cancel your order, you have to do it before this limit.
Your deposit is sent back to you.
Any overcharge by mistake is confirmed by e-mail and letter and paid back by cheque with the dispatching.
Invoices
Sent on request ( net prices, exempt from vat ).
Fulfilling time limit
3 WEEKS.
Except for "AVAILABILITIES", specified on some website pages
This may reduce fulfilling time to 8 or 15 days, according to work or modifications to bring :
example : bookmarks, thanks cards, birthday cards, posters etc..
Old maps, copies and maps'creations, also stellar maps, most of time ask 1 month (to 1 month 1/2 ) time limit, according to work,
except for small formats.

Mail costs
OTHER COUNTRIES THAN FRANCE, mail cost is subjected to a special estimate, sent to you, when asking for an estimate

Send your drawings, projects etc.., by e-mail
Send your documents (copies or photos) by e-mail, or letter, for studies or as models.
Received by letter, paper documents are returned.
Samples
Various hand-decorated papers mix, coloured calligraphies' samples, sent by letter :
